A lino print workshop for all abilities, combining the rich subject of Cheshire Folklore, the Silk Museum's collection of textile patterns, and Becca's fascination with both as part of her printmaking practice. Discover strange tales, from the Boggy-Bo of the Peat Bogs to the Bugge in Buglawton, sacred trees, disappearing cats and mysterious burial mounds. Learn how to create a simple repeating pattern as a back ground to weird folk images. You'll be guided in designing, carving, inking and printing, and take home a number of unique, intricate and strange prints, plus your original blocks.
