Gelli Print the Silk Road

Service Description

Discover how delicate and detailed Gelli -plate printing with botanicals can be, in this two week course with Jo Green. Inspired by the silk road, bringing fantastic dried plants and flowers from the far east across Europe to Macclesfield, you will use preserved gingko, eucalyptus and other botanicals to create ethereal prints on translucent silk, to hang in the light. This course is for all abilities, and all materials and equipment will be provided.
